Note For Members Of The Raven & Falcon Patrols

Our newly crossed over members of the Raven & Falcon patrols are reminded to cover the material in the pamphlet found in the front of your Boy Scout Handbook with your parents/guardians.  Once covered, parents can check off that item in your list of requirements in your handbook for the Scout rank and initial it.

If you are unable to locate the pamphlet in your Boy Scout Handbook, a copy is available for download in PDF format by CLICKING HERE.

For many of you, this is the last requirement needed to complete all requirements for your Scout rank!

Scouts are also reminded to fill out the page near the front of your book with your name and contact information so if you lose your book, the finder will know who to contact to get it returned to you.

Welcome New Scouts!

We would like to welcome our new troop members who bridged from Pack 108 to Troop 108 on Friday, March 4th.   We look forward to helping you experience all that scouting has to offer.

SUMMER CAMP UPDATE – Parents Please Read

As you may know, the troop is splitting up and attending two different summer camps this year.  The first year scouts will be going through Camp Bob Hardin’s great first-year scout program and the older boys will be attending camp at Camp Old Indian.  Older scouts can elect to attend Camp Bob Hardin if they wish, and first year scouts MUST attend Camp Bob Hardin only.

Because of a communications error, parents  weren’t  made aware of the first summer camp payment date on Monday, February 21st.  Parents are asked to make that payment as soon as is possible, however.  The payment schedule for all scouts, regardless of which camp you’re attending is as follows:

  • Monday, February 21st, 2011
  • Monday,March 21st, 2011
  • Monday,April 18th, 2011
  • Monday,May 16th, 2011

Scouts attending Camp Bob Hardin will make four (4) payments of $43.75 (plus any program fees) and scouts attending Camp Old Indian will make four (4) payments of $55.00 (plus any program fees).

A spreadsheet with program fee information, payment schedule information and other valuable info can be found by clicking HERE.

Additionally, you can click on either of the links below to download the leader’s guide for the camp that your scout is planning to attend.
