Get Your Updated BSA Health Form Turned In For Summer Camp

Choosing your merit badge classes and completing payment are certainly an important part of preparing for summer camp, but another part, when overlooked, could mess up your plans to attend.    The BSA Health Form (2014 edition) has three parts – all of which must be completed within a year to attend summer camp.  Part C specifically has to be completed by medical personnel.

Use THIS LINK to get a PDF copy of the most recent edition of the health form and get it completed and turned in to Mr. Starnes at an upcoming meeting.
