No organization can run well without good leadership. This is especially true of a Boy Scout troop that is being run as Baden-Powell intended – by the boys themselves.
Troop 108 is blessed to have an active group of adult leaders to assist with transportation and guidance for our troop’s youth leaders. Our Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (ASPL) is elected from a group of Scoutmaster approved boys twice a year. When a new ASPL is elected, the old ASPL moves up to the pinnicle of leadership positions within the troop, the Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) position.
