Our local Civil Air Patrol squadron will be putting hundreds of wreaths on the graves of veterans in Fort Mill’s Unity Cemetary (right behind the scout hut). \u00a0They have asked that any scout that would like to participate to show up at the church at 8:30am to get ready for the wreath’s police escort arrival at 8:45am.<\/p>\n

Following the placing of the wreaths, scouts may come to the VFW on Banks street for a breakfast (bring money) before going to the Veterans Memorial Park at the bottom of Main Street for the dedication of wreaths at the memorial.<\/p>\n

Scouts may do as much or as little of this as they wish, but time spent helping will be able to be applied as service hours toward rank. \u00a0Be sure to be in full Offical Uniform for this event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
